Booths From $100
- Food Booth 10×10: $100 per day
- Food Booth 10×20: $180 per day
10×10 Booth: $80
Merchandise vendors do not require food permits but must bring their own display, lights and power equipment.
Important Vendor Note
Food trucks are not currently accepted due to space limitations. Food vendors must operate from a tent-style booth such as 10×10 or 10×20.
Vendor Requirements
Come Prepared to Shine
Vendors are responsible for their own booth operation, equipment, permits and end-of-night cleanup.
Food Permits
Food vendors must apply for a Temporary Food Facility permit. Los Feliz Night Market will assist vendors with completing the TFF application.
- $184 for on-site food preparation
- $116 for pre-packaged food vendors with a shared-kitchen agreement
Setup & Equipment
Bring your complete setup, including your tent, tables, generator, lighting, cooking equipment and product displays. Booths must remain visually appealing and well lit.
Cleanup & Waste
Vendors must sweep their space, remove spills and take all vendor-generated trash off-site after the market. On-site bins are reserved for customer use.
Payment & Confirmation
Applications are reviewed before payment is requested. Approved vendors will be contacted with Zelle payment instructions. Your booth is not confirmed until your application has been approved and payment has been received.

No. Applications must be reviewed and approved by the Los Feliz Night Market team. Approval depends on your vendor category, requested event date and current availability. A space is officially secured only after approval and payment are received.
What booth sizes and prices are available?
A 10×10 food booth is $100 per day, a 10×20 food booth is $180 per day, and a 10×10 merchandise booth is $80 per day.
Are food trucks accepted?
Food trucks are not currently accepted due to space limitations. Food vendors must use an approved tent-style booth setup.
Do food vendors need a health permit?
Yes. Food vendors must obtain a valid Temporary Food Facility permit. The market team will assist approved vendors with completing the TFF application.
What equipment must vendors provide?
Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, displays, generator, lighting, cooking equipment and any required safety equipment. Each vendor must operate independently.
How do I select an event date?
Select your preferred event date from the available market dates listed in the application form. Only dates currently accepting applications will appear. Selecting a date does not automatically reserve a booth and all requests remain subject to manual review and availability.
How are booth payments made?
Applications are reviewed before payment is requested. Approved vendors will be contacted by email or text with Zelle payment instructions. Your booth is not confirmed until payment has been received.
What is the vendor cancellation policy?
Vendor cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. If the market cancels a scheduled event, the applicable fee may be credited toward a future date or refunded.
